Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with original GG Luxury Revival tag attached and in its original packaging. 

If the item is used, missing its original GG Luxury Revival tag or past the below outlined seven (7) days return policy, you are not eligible for a return.

GG Luxury Revival has a seven (7) days return policy.

You have up to seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return shipping label, repackage your item and ship it back.

The policy refers to each individual item and not a specific order or bundle.

Returns requested after the seven (7) days policy will be denied.

To start your return, please e-mail returns@ggluxuryrevival.com with the order number and SKU# for each item. 

Note: Items mailed back to GG Luxury Revival without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will e-mail you a shipping label as well as shipping instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund credit. 

You will be notified via e-mail once your package has been received, inspected, and approved for a return. Please give up to four (4) days for this process. This excludes Holidays.

If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original method of payment. Contact your bank or credit card company for processing times as they vary.

GG Luxury Revival does not offer a price match guarantee.

All TikTok sales and Final Sale items are final. These items cannot be returned.
