Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with original GG Luxury Revival tag attached and in its original packaging.
If the item is used, missing its original GG Luxury Revival tag or past the below outlined seven (7) days return policy, you are not eligible for a return.
GG Luxury Revival has a seven (7) days return policy.
You have up to seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return shipping label, repackage your item and ship it back.
The policy refers to each individual item and not a specific order or bundle.
Returns requested after the seven (7) days policy will be denied.
To start your return, please e-mail returns@ggluxuryrevival.com with the order number and SKU# for each item.
Note: Items mailed back to GG Luxury Revival without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will e-mail you a shipping label as well as shipping instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund credit.
You will be notified via e-mail once your package has been received, inspected, and approved for a return. Please give up to four (4) days for this process. This excludes Holidays.
If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original method of payment. Contact your bank or credit card company for processing times as they vary.
GG Luxury Revival does not offer a price match guarantee.
All TikTok sales and Final Sale items are final. These items cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
**Ground shipping is FREE for all orders.*
GG Luxury Revival ships all orders from Long Island, NY and only ship to the 48 continuous United States.
Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of purchase. This excludes Holidays and Weekends. You can expect your item to arrive in 3-10 business days depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground unless you choose a more expedited option. You will be responsible for the expedited cost.
All orders require a signature upon delivery and are insured. If the signature option is waived, GG Luxury Revival is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Claims and Disputes Policy
GG Luxury Revival will open a claim with USPS as soon as we are notified of a loss or damage to the shipment.
The purchaser (customer) agrees to provide all information that is requested by the USPS to submit a claim.
Failure to provide requested information will result in the purchaser waiving the refund request and holds GG Luxury Revival harmless.
Purchasers must provide GG Luxury Revival sufficient time to work with USPS to process the claim and understand that a claim can take up to 30 days.
Delays in providing information or communication by the purchaser can add additional time to process a claim.
Purchasers waive all rights to file a dispute with their payment method while GG Luxury Revival works to resolve any shipping issues with USPS.
Purchasers agree to the claims and disputes policy stipulated in the Policies page with regards to opening a dispute and agrees to not open a dispute during a claim process.
Opening a dispute will nullify any return request or claim refund.

All cancelled orders that are not made within 24 hours of the purchase are subject to a 5% processing fee.

The following brands can be authenticated at an additional fee of $30.00. The fee will be added to the purchase price: Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. Authentication may delay shipping by an additional 24-48 hours.
